We have the honour to present to you our company Bodyguard-Fire-K Ltd (BFK). BFK was founded in 1990 by Dipl. Engineer Dimitar Kutsarov as a sole trade company and licensed by the Sofia Directorate of the Ministry of Interior under license № 000093. According to the ruling of Sofia City Court under company file 28430/13.12.1993, the company was transformed and functions as private Ltd with a license №1000/19.12.2006 according to the Private Security Law effective as per 24 February 2004. On 10.03.2009 it was transformed into Ltd with a national security license №1412/08.06.2009.
The company’s headquarters are at 34 Angel Kanchev Street, floor 2. There are also representative offices in the towns of Varna, Sliven and Haskovo and BFK operates on the territory of the whole country.
Bodyguard-Fire-K Ltd is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria and the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum.
Bodyguard-Fire-K Ltd is one of the founding fathers of Eurosecurity Group – an association of European security companies, which operates not only in Bulgaria, but also in many European countries. Therefore, ensuring the security of our clients has no territorial boundaries.
