Assessment of the State of Security of Sites and Facilities

It is performed by the chief security experts of Bodyguard-Fire-K Ltd. according to a methodology, which is in compliance with EU requirements for the physical protection of facilities and Ordinance № 7/08.06.1998 on physical protection systems, issued by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works (State Gazette No. 70 of 1998.). The evaluation and assessment are made after filling-in a questionnaire of 272 questions on the availability and condition of physical barriers, perimeter protection systems, access control systems, intruder alarm and alarm systems, TV systems, video surveillance, security lighting, etc.

Providing Site Security

It is performed by specially trained security guards, aged between 20 and 45, using short and long firearm and proficient in martial arts techniques. Security services are performed according to a preliminarily drawn-up plan for protection, including: verification of physical barriers, warehouses and industrial premises, access control, control checkpoints management, control of the documents for the exported materials, raw materials and products, secret monitoring of vulnerabilities and patrol response in case of theft and fraudulent acts, control by management of the execution of the duties performed by the security guards for each post, deployment of forces and means of protection in case the operational situation.

In larger facilities a unit for internal company security is established, which provides: internal control measures for the security of the production, storage of goods and materials, tracking hidden and undeclared goods in warehouses, preventing violations of the rules on the export of property outside the protected site, taking measures to preserve company secrets and to prevent proliferation of important production information, preventive measures in order to prevent abuse and wasteful practices.

Fire Protection of Sites and Facilities

Fire protection includes fire control on site, fire prevention measures to prevent ignitions, fires, accidents, construction, operation and maintenance of manual and automatic fire alarm and fire-fighting equipment (fire instruction and training of employees, evacuation and valuables in case of fire, terrorist attack or emergency).

Sites’ internal control to prevent terrorist attacks, fires and accidents is carried out by trained and specialized experts in the field through 24-hour duty, verification of compliance with the fire code, analysis and assess of the risk of fire, attacks or accidents, offering highly efficient measures for fire prevention, and indicting the offender.
